Please note that we act as both a Data Controller (for our direct clients, website visitors, and staff) and a Data Processor (providing services on behalf of other organisations):

  • If we are the Data Controller We will investigate your complaint directly.
  • If we process your data on behalf of one of our corporate clients: We act strictly on their instructions. You should direct your complaint to that specific organisation (the Data Controller) first, as we cannot alter or delete your data without their authorization.
